Community Health Resources

Need help getting care?

Plano ISD maintains a list of available community resources on the following webpage Student, Family and Community Services/Family Resources

You may also view the Collin CARES page for a list of providers.

Locating providers on a list can be time-consuming.

Below is a list of free and low cost providers (always call ahead to verify costs/fees).

*Disclaimer: Your School Nurse is not affiliated with any non-Plano ISD facility and is listing this as a community resource available to assist Mitchell students and their families only.
