I was born and raised in Plano and even graduated from Plano Senior High School, so I am happy to be teaching in the district I grew up loving. I went to college at the University of Oklahoma where I graduated with a BS in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Psychology in 2019. I have taught both PreK and Kindergarten. Since 2021, I have been a Thomas Texan and I love getting to teach at such a great school! I am very passionate about knowing how children learn and helping them create their own understanding of the world through meaningful play. I am always looking for fun new ways to get children engaged with learning and loving school! In my free time, I love to wander in nature with my two hound dogs and sweet husband. I am also an avid reader and I can always be found with a book (or two) with me at all times!
