Ms. Ana Quiroga
Hello, my name is Ana Quiroga, and I am very excited to be part of the extraordinary Pre-K team at Thomas Elementary.
I was born and raised in the city of Monterrey, N.L. Mexico. In 2003, I moved to Dallas with my family. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the Universidad Regiomontana and a Master's Degree in Education from the University of Texas at Arlington. I am a certified educator in the areas of General Education EC-6 and Bilingual Education EC-6.
In 2008, I began teaching preschool at a small private school. Since 2012, I have taught Pre-K in public schools. I truly enjoy teaching the little ones and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
My husband and I have three professional children who make us feel proud and grateful, and all three are products of Plano ISD. I like to walk with my husband and our two chihuahuas, Matilda and Kanela. I enjoy exercising and putting together puzzles.
Hola, mi nombre es Ana Quiroga y estoy muy emocionada de ser parte del extraordinario equipo de Pre-K de Thomas Elementary.
Nací y crecí en la ciudad de Monterrey, N.L. México y en 2003 me mudé a Dallas con mi familia. Tengo una Licenciatura en Psicología de la Universidad Regiomontana y una Maestría en Educación de la Universidad de Texas en Arlington. Soy educadora certificada en las áreas de Educación General EC-6 y Educación Bilingüe EC-6.
En 2008 comencé a enseñar preescolar en una pequeña escuela privada. Desde 2012, he enseñado Pre-K en escuelas públicas. Realmente disfruto enseñar a los más pequeños y apoyar su crecimiento académico, social y emocional.
Mi esposo y yo tenemos tres hijos profesionistas que nos hacen sentir orgullosos y agradecidos, y los tres son productos de Plano ISD. Me gusta caminar con mi esposo y nuestras dos perritas chihuahua, Matilda y Kanela. Disfruto hacer ejercicio y armar rompecabezas.
